The Happy Toddler Hub is built on three foundational pillars: movement, mindfulness, and community engagement. In today’s fast-paced world, stress has become a shared reality for everyone, including parents and teachers. Unfortunately, some of this stress, knowingly or unknowingly, impacts children. While we can’t eliminate stress entirely, we can learn to manage it wisely to ensure children receive the care, attention, and nurturing environment they truly deserve.

This unique program combines thoughtful movement practices with mindfulness techniques and community-focused activities to foster emotional intelligence, strengthen social bonds, and enhance overall well-being. It’s about building a thriving preschool community where children, parents, and teachers grow together in harmony.

With The Happy Toddler Hub, transform your preschool’s culture by integrating creativity, connection, and emotional wellness into every aspect of learning and engagement.

Meet your Facilitators

A Professional Bharatanatyam dancer who has been learning from the age of 6. I have Master’s Degree in Fine Arts, Doordarshan graded artist and a Dance movement therapy facilitator. Dance has always had an impact on my personal and professional life consciously and subconsciously.

Just by understanding that dancing for yourself could be therapeutic by itself, slowly realised adding variations to the same movements was already a part of expressive therapy; which is how it led me to be a part of CMTAI family.

I establish a safe, non-judgmental environment. Help them in exploring, discovering, and/or understanding the outcomes of the sessions conducted and provide honest and sincere reflections for my clients
