First Session: Begin with the hand-holding session, covering an introduction to the Golden Period, experiential activities, effective use of the book, creating a personalised schedule, and a Q&A.
Second Session: Focus on the Physical and Sensorial development of the prenatal baby, featuring experiential activities from the book.
Third Session: Explore the Intellectual and Creative domains of prenatal development, with guided activities and insights.
Fourth Session: Delve into the Emotional domain, including practical exercises and discussions.
Fifth Session: Address the Spiritual domain, incorporating meditation, knowledge sharing, experiential activities, and a Q&A.
Each session of 60 mins duration includes therapeutic meditation, a knowledge component, guided experiential activities from the book, and time for questions and answers.
Individual/Couple Session of 60 mins: Customised session for the individual parent or couple to suit your time and needs.
The group sessions will be on Mondays from 8.00 pm to 9.00 pm IST. Once you complete all the 5 sessions, we will get in touch with you to schedule and customize your private session.
